2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by united-domains AG, Gautinger Straße 10, 82319 Starnberg, Germany. When you visit the site, the host automatically processes information transmitted by your browser (server log files): IP address, date and time of access, page requested, amount of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system and referrer URL.

This data is processed solely to ensure trouble-free operation and to improve security. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website). Log files are automatically deleted by the host after a short period. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.

3. Contact form

When you write to me via the contact form, I process the data you enter: name, email address, optionally the link to your channel, your message and the selected language. I use this data solely to answer your request and prepare a possible partnership conversation.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, which you give by submitting the form. You may withdraw this consent at any time by email; the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal remains unaffected.

The form is transmitted via Formspree (Formspree, Inc., 1 Letterman Drive, San Francisco, CA 94129, USA). The provider processes the form data on my behalf and forwards it to me by email. Transfer to the USA is based on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR). More information: formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Your request is deleted once it has been fully processed and no statutory retention obligations apply – at the latest after 12 months if no collaboration results.

4. Cookies, local storage and tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not use any analytics, tracking or advertising tools. No usage profiles are created.

Your language choice (German/English) is stored in your browser's local storage (localStorage) so that the site appears in the selected language on your next visit. No personal information is stored and nothing is transmitted to me or third parties. This storage is technically necessary for the function you requested (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can delete it at any time via your browser settings.

5. Fonts

The fonts used on this website are loaded locally from my server. No connection is made to servers of Google or other font providers.

6. Your rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the authority of the German federal state where I reside: the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (HBDI), Gustav-Stresemann-Ring 1, 65189 Wiesbaden, Germany.

7. Changes

I reserve the right to amend this privacy policy if the legal situation or the website changes. The version published here applies.
